my good friend  befriended her Naighbour before lockdown after hearing he only had 1 year to live after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer 

this man has worked all through the lock down as an electrician calls him self a key worker  smokes very heavenly drinks and eats lots of sweet cakes I'm very concerned for my friend as he ask her to marry him  

yes he dose go to hospital for blood tests 

and he has coughed up blood he says 

he dose t have oxygen and he is very over waight

this man is really upsetting me as I lost my sister to lung cancer  after being diagnosed she fought for her life for 4 months then she sadly passed away 

an anyone tell me I'm wrong about this man please

    I am very sorry to hear you are worried about your friend and her relationship. I am not sure that anyone on this forum is going to be able to help with your thoughts on this gentleman and his diagnosis. Everybody takes this sort of news differently and lives their life how they want to, but I am sure it is very difficult for you to see when you went through what you did with your sister.

    I wonder whether she has ever been to any appointments with him or seen any of the letters that are sent from the specialist to the GP (patients are often sent a copy) , particularly if they are getting married as she will then be his next of kin.
