I am sorry to learn about this new lump and the worry it is causing you. I'm afraid I am not really in a position to add anything to what the GP has said about what this could be and agree that you need to talk to the surgical team involved. However I did wonder if it could have anything to do with some scar tissue formation following the surgical procedure you have already had.  

Things like this can be unsettling but try not to let worry over take you and keep an open mind. I hope you can speak to someone in the surgical team soon and that they can put your mind at rest.
