I can understand you asking again about your symptoms, but no one here on Cancer Chat can say for certain what is causing this lump or provide any reassurance about it, only a doctor can.

Lumps and bumps are common and most will be harmless and caused by cysts ( build up of fluid) or swollen lymph nodes due to a current or past infection that often settles over time.

It's probably best to discuss your health worries with a parent, or another trusted adult, as this often helps. They can advise you. If the lumps get bigger, they may make an appointment for you to go and see your GP (family doctor) to get it checked out. This is the fastest way to find out if anything is wrong and hopefully of putting your mind at rest.
