I'm really scared , I have a lump on my left tonsil and now in my neck on the same side . It's not painful but it feels really uncomfortable could this be tonsil cancer
Hello and thank you for your enquiry. I’m sorry you are worried about this.
Tonsil cancer is in fact quite rare, but when it does occur, it usually affects people over the age of 60. So I don’t think you need to be overly worried about this if you are younger.
Unfortunately, this forum isn't really meant for people with symptoms, as we would always advise that if you have concerns, to ask your GP to check this out for you. Most things are easily explained, and I'm sure that your GP will be able to reassure you. Try not to make assumptions from Googling symptoms, and go and see your GP.
