Hey members. at this point i am not sure of what to do. i have had a swollen lymph node above the jaw beforein 2020. which was so uncomfortable and painful it could not reduce in size and the ENT specialist had to just take it out through surgery  which we tested and it was not cancerous at all. and now after a year and some months another big swollen 3cm lymph node is back. around the same place below the jaw . went for ultrasound scan and the ENT specialist told me we should just monitor it as long as it's not painful. and truth is it's not painful but uncomfortable . it's now close to 4months and it's still swollen ... at this point am stuck. can i do the surgery again and take it out or i should just let it be?? anybody else gone through this??
