Lymph node biopsy results

Hi i had a lymph node fna biopsy a few weeks ago. I received the results but my consultant is on holiday and won't see him to 6th August. Can anyone make any sense of the following- 

Occasional small mature lymphocytes

Bare nuclei +/- 

No evidence of b-nhl infiltrate

Only 578/4000 events in the lymphoid gate.

    I am afraid that as I am not a pathologist and not involved in your care it is probably best to wait for your consultant to come back on the 6th of August.

    If you are able to discuss this with your GP who will have access to your notes they may be able to tell you more.

    I am sorry not to help more.
