You sound like you have got a lot of different issues going on at the moment but we are unable to diagnose anyone on the forum. If your symptoms don't get better then do go back and go through them all with your GP. It is very easy to assume that all your symptoms may be related but this is not always the case.

Pain in one or both breasts can be common and can be related to changes in your hormonal levels. Have a look at what the charity Breast Cancer Now has to say about breast pain here

You may find it helpful to see a different GP in the practice who can view you with a fresh set of eyes. GP's have guidelines when patients present with different symptoms. Don't be afraid to ask questions about the symptoms you have and ask if there is anything that you can do to ease the discomfort that you are feeling.
