Two weeks ago the lump reappeared and the doc has put me on antibiotics again but this time the lump isn't going away. Other symptoms I have noticed this time is

Urinating alot

itchy skin especially the legs and ankles

feeling sick all the time

bad headache which I suffer with anyway

i am feeling very tired and sleeping more than normal.
I am sweating more but I was putting it down to hot weather.
could someone please get back to me and let me know what they think this is? Thank you.

  • Hi, and thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid we are not able to diagnose (tell you if there is anything the matter). We recommend anyone who has any concerns about new/persistent changes in their body make an appointment to see the doctor.

Itching can be caused by all sorts of reasons so it does not mean a lymphoma diagnosis.  We all have lymph nodes up and down our body.  They can go up and down and be slightly raised so this would not mean that you had lymphoma. You do need to guided by what your doctors say to you.  The internet is very general and it is very difficult for someone to diagnose themselves by looking their symptoms up online. Most of the time different symptoms have different explanations, and are not due to a single condition.

Hopefully, the GP will be able to pick apart your symptoms, and get to the bottom of it all.

    Best wishes,

    Vanda
