I am sorry to hear about your husband's situation. I can understand how unsettling it can be for you both. Unfortunately until he gets the results from the nodule no one can tell you any more.
I know that it must be tough for you both. Being at his appointments so you can hear what is being said is the most important thing. Try and keep him distracted and busy until his next appointment.
Try and focus on taking each day at a time rather then thinking too far ahead if you possibly can.
