I'm a 20 Year old Female and have severe health anxiety, I've been worrying about breast cancer for over a year but have been too scared to get checked. I've never had any symptoms other than achey boobs and underarms but I put that down to rather period or the fact I have very larger breasts. Just under 2 months ago I wore a very suffocating bra and once I took it off I noticed a very red mark the size of a 50p coin and a black dot in the middle. Of course, me being an idiot I relied on Doctor Google to give me an answer, terrible idea. Unfortunately over time its grown bigger but has faded alot in colour, it's light pink shade now and is about the size of a strawberry. Theres no pain, no itching, its not hot and there are no lumps behind it other than the usual cluster of lumps I have (I tend to check if the lumps are normal if I have them in both boobs and they're the same size, shape and firmness) I do still get achey booobs and sometimes underarms but it doesnt help I poke and prod them atleast 5x a day for a year. Since using sudocream it has faded some and I think is a tiny bit smaller, but not at the usual rate sudocream usually does. Has anyone else had/have the same?
