pain under left rib

hello All, 

looking for some advice.

So around 3 weeks ago i got diagnosed with h pylori . i took a weeks worth of triple therapy. 

Some symptoms have gone like burping, bad stools . 

however i still have pain under the left rib and twinges of pain on and off.

i know i will have to get retested in two weeks to see if it has completely gone.

im still so anxious that its cancer this hasnt helped with me recently having covid too. 

i dont know where to turn. i dont feel right at all

    I am afraid that we cannot tell you what is the matter, except to say that for most people this will not mean that cancer is causing their symptoms.

    You may want to wait to see what your results are before letting your GP know if you still have pain. Waiting the couple of weeks will give your symptoms a chance to go or get better.  However, if you really are affected by the pain there is no harm on letting your GP know before then.
