I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you have and appreciate it must be a worry to need another ultrasound so soon.

Unfortunately no one on here can say what the lump on your ovaries may be caused by but try not to over think things for now.

If you can you may wish to speak to your own GP he may have the report from the previous scans or the hospital department you are under to find out more.

Sometimes they like to repeat a scan to check if an ovarian cyst (lump) has resolved by itself or changed in any way. This helps guide the doctors with decisions about what may be going on and any treatment needed.

Most of the time this type of thing won't turn out to be cancer but I am sure if they have any suspicions they will discuss them with you and arrange more urgent investigations.
