It can be worrying to notice changes in our bodies but most of the times these are harmless and not caused by anything as serious as cancer.

We always recommend people who have worrying symptoms to get them checked out by their GP, just to be on the safe side.

You may want to wait a week to see if the mark settles down and try some moisturiser to see if this helps the dryness in the mean time.

If you notice any other changes or remain worried do get in touch with your doctor sooner.
