Hi

I had a bout of sporadic diaharea and tummy discomfort for a month ended up in A&E as felt  ill during the night despite my GP suggesting it was probably an infection. A&E referred me for a colonoscopy which thankfully has come back clear. About 2 weeks after the diaharea episodes I started to feel very nauseous in the morning which sometimes  lasts all day but some days no nauseous at all so was sent for an endoscopy which too has come back clear yet I still have nausea almost every other day!!?? On anti sickness medication for it but very frustrating that I still have no real diagnosis ? Beginning to wonder whether it's all anxiety driven?
