It can be a worry to see pink discharge but this is pretty common and can be caused by so many different things.

Thrush or a vaginal infection itself can cause irritation and bleeding but also the walls of the vagina can bleed when the treatment is inserted causing the pinkness on the liner afterwards.

This should settle down but if it doesn't or you notice more bleeding or other symptoms do get in contact with your GP so they can assess you.

Try not to worry this is likely to be a far less serious cause for this other than cancer.
