I am aware that anything over 10 means there is blood present. Do the numbers after that have any bearing on the possible outcomes, does it make a difference if your number is 30 or 300?

A bowel screening FIT test over 10 indicates that blood was found. It does not matter how much over 10 it is, as any amount of blood could indicate cancer. Although most people that will have blood in their stool find out that they don't have cancer.
