I am sorry to hear that you have had treatment for breast cancer. 

To be on the safe side do call your breast cancer nurse, leave a message if you need to, and tell her about this. Although I can't tell you what is causing this pain it is good to get it checked out.

Your first follow up mammogram would be around a year after you finished your last treatment, other than with hormonal treatment as this is a long ongoing treatment (if you are prescribed it).  It sounds like it could be a year after the radiotherapy you had. However, to find out why not ask your breast care nurse as she has all the details of your medical history.
