If you have not officially been told to stop by anyone in your breast team or GP you then might want to get in contact with a breast care nurse (from your breast care team) just to confirm this.  Also to ask about whether you need anymore follow up appointments.

I am sorry but because we are not involved in your care we can't be sure that you have been officially discharged. You would not be wasting anyone's time to check this out.
