I am sorry to hear you had cervical cancer a couple of years ago and are now worried about a mole that is changing.
I'm afraid we can't say what this might be but suggest you arrange an appointment with your GP so they can take a look.
Your doctor may ask you to take a photo of it so they can look at it or they may ask you to go in for a face to face appointment. If needed they can refer you to a skin specialist ( dermatologist) for further assessment and tests.
Try not to over think this if you can for now, there may be a simple reason for this that isn't serious but do speak to your doctor when you can, for your own peace of mind.
