Worried about breast lumps and nurve pain

Hi all 

For the last two weeks I've been experimenting lumps in my breast that has followed to a burning like pain when you touch my skin under my right brest ,in my right arm, arm pit ,back neck and face. The lumps however don't hurt but I have a total of thirteen 9 in the right 3 in the left some the size of a marble some bigger 

 

I have been to several doctors due to the pain I'm in who have put me on anti biotics that didn't help 

But what's concerning me now is how some of the doctors have said they feel the lumps and some say they dont. I have noticed it's when I'm laying down that they don't seem to feel them but my partner and mother can both feel them and the only difference I've seen is that I'm standing and with the doctors that have said they feel them.

Will it make a difference or am I over worrying

    I'm sorry to hear about the lumps you can feel and the symptoms you are experiencing at the moment.

    Unfortunately no one here can say what is going on and we would suggest you go back and talk things through again with your doctor.

    Most breast lumps won't be the result of breast cancer and breast pain isn't strongly linked to breast cancer either.

    Some women have lumpier breasts than others and many will find at certain times of the month the breast will feel more tender and different to the touch, which is commonly due to hormones. Infection can also be a cause but if the antibiotics haven't helped you need to let your GP know so they can reassess what may be going on.

    There are strict guidelines for a referral to a breast clinic so if these aren't met a referral may be rejected, or the referral requested as non urgent that can mean quite a long wait to be seen.

    make an appointment when you can and speak to your doctor again and see what they have to say.

    I hope things settle for you soon and that everything will be okay.
