Hi.  I've found a small lump on my left breast.  I can only feel it when I press lightly and if I have no bra on.  I can't feel it if my bra is on or if I'm lying down.  It's not painful but it wasn't there before, i just noticed it at the start of the week.  Should I see the doctor or is it nothing serious?  I don't want to waste anyones time if it's nothing to worry about.
