Should I be worried

I had breast cancer 13 years ago.

All was dealt with was aggressive

I choose not to take tamoxifen after it made me feel so crap all the time.

At the weekend I had a sharp pain under my bra strap in the centre of my back. It was excruciating.

It is still really sore now.

I also have a pain in my hip joint and down right leg.

I am scared this is lung cancer or some sort of spread.

But feel stupid calling the GP.

Any thoughts.

Sorry you've been through a lot with breast cancer in the past. Now, you know what you've got to do. But, of course it's hard. Especially hard because of what you've been through.
Don't feel stupid, pick up the phone and make that call soon as doctors open today.
Hopefully it's nothing, but you've got to check this out.

It's not unusual for most people who've had a previous cancer diagnosis to worry about a possible recurrence when they develop new symptoms. This is understandable, but symptoms can be caused by lots of different things, and it doesn't always mean that something sinister is going on.
Having said this, it’s best to get checked just to be on the safe side. So do make an appointment to see your GP. They will assess you and decide if you need to have any further tests.

I called him, and he said that he thinks it's muscle skeletal. If not better next week then need to get back to him. Thank you. :happy:

Muscle skeletal issue gp said. Take painkillers and see how it is this time next week.
He said it would be very unlikely for this to be a place where the cancer would spread too.
(so me readinf stuff on Internet hasn't helped) what a surprise
