Hi everyone I've Noticed a small hard lump on my inner Labia last year. I got it checked but the nurse could not see it without me pointing out where it was she said it looked like scar tissue. 
 

but now I've noticed it has grown and I can see it clear as day when pulling the skin tight  it is white round rock hard located on my right side inner labia near the clitirus there is no pain soreness or bleeding. 
 

I'm just worried and don't want to be fobbed off again just wondered if anyone else has had or has this? I've also notice on that side on my labia on the edge the skin has turned a raised speckled brown colour the left side is normal 

Advice before I book a appointment would be appreciated I'm 30 years old and have been with the same partner for the last 15 years
