I'm afraid no one on here can tell you what the matter is but it is best make an appointment with your GP to let them know about your nipple change.

Even if there are other people who have experienced similar things it doesn't mean you will have the same outcome as them. the important thing is to be assessed by your own doctor and if needed they can arrange for you to be seen at the breast clinic for further assessment.
