Try not to worry about this but do chat it through with your GP when you are able to.

The range of normal blood levels can vary from one lab to another and having a  count slightly above the normal is usually nothing too much to fret about.

However for your own peace of mind I suggest having a chat with your doctor to find out there thoughts on it and whether they wish to repeat the blood test again to re check the level.

Medications as well as conditions such as GERD can also affect blood counts so there may be a straightforward answer to this.
