I am so sorry to hear your cancer has come back and imagine this must be a very anxious time for you with so many things running through your mind.
Hopefully you will be able to speak with your oncologist soon who is the best person to talk about the plan of treatment moving forward.
There are several different treatments that are available when ovarian cancer relapses including chemotherapy, surgery or more targeted drugs that you can read about here.
As I am sure you are aware everyone who has cancer is different and treatment is directed by the patients individual past treatment and circumstances to give the best possible outcome.
Try for now to take each day as it comes until you know the full picture.
