I am sorry to hear about your upcoming operation and appreciate it must be a worrying time for you.

As I am sure you are aware symptoms can have a variety of causes and often a range of tests are needed before a definite diagnosis can be made. Anaemia is no exception to this and can also be linked to crohns disease.

Waiting and not knowing can be very unsettling but hopefully once you have had the operation and the results have come back from the lab you will have a better understanding about was is going on.

Try not to over think things if you can. Keep your mind and thoughts on other things.
