hi, i've had a small lump in my neck just under my ear for around 2 years but it's never bothered me nor have i had any symptoms of cancer i did call my gp around a year ago but the receptionist advised to keep an eye on it as i had no pain or symptoms, recently in the last 2 months i've noticed just below the lump i've got a bigger one just next to my neck bone i haven't had any symptoms but my neck has started to hurt when i move it. of course ive goodled about it and they all say the worst i have had some neck trauma also from my previous partner i'm just worried as i have 2 young children and don't want to think the worst i have phoned my gp but she said to call back as they have no availability
