I am not sure what your situation is or the reason why you are asking this question but put simply yes cancer can sometimes cause pain.
If someone is experiencing pain they should get it checked out by their doctor. The doctor will examine them and arrange any tests needed to find out more.
Pain can be caused by lots of different things and won't always be cancer.
If a diagnosis of cancer has been or is made and it is causing pain, medications are prescribed to help manage the pain.
