U/S found large mass but CT scan clear

Is this usual? 
I had an ultrasound for upper abdomen "fluttering/ bubble" sensations which had started to ache after long walks/ exertion.

The US showed a large mass of mixed echogenicity. Confirmed by 2nd radiographer.

CT scan 1 month later that has come back clear. Don't understand? Is this normal? I still have the symptoms...

Worried that something has been missed.

    I can understand you asking, but I don't know how normal this sort of situation is. Having a clear CT scan is reassuring so try not to worry, but I think you need to talk everything over with your doctor and ask what it was that the ultrasound spotted. I hope they can clarify this for you.
