I am sorry to hear you are having cancer treatment.

I am afraid I do not why you have this bleeding, it might possibly be a side effect of the radioactive iodine tablet but to be honest I really can't be sure. So the best thing to do is to let your specialist care team know, you may have been given a number to call. If not contact your clinical nurse specialist.
