I’m sorry about the symptoms you’re having and that a recent ultrasound scan revealed a cyst on your ovary and liver. You are now  going to have an MRI scan soon. Doctors try and arrange tests as soon as possible, so it’s good that these have been arranged quickly.

I can appreciate waiting for test results can be extremely stressful. But I'm afraid there isn't much more anyone can tell you for now. Symptoms can be linked to many different conditions and thankfully the majority of the time won't be anything as serious as cancer, but it is important this is ruled out or investigated just to be sure.

Easier said than done but try if you can not to look too far ahead and take it one step at a time and keep yourself busy with other things.
