somehow I have got it into my head that I mustn't take food 2 hour before and 2 hours after injection. This causes me great difficulty to organise myself for breakfast and lunch. I take the injection at 11am
You don't mention in your post who told you you need to take your injection 2 hours before and after food. It may be that this is not necessary. The best thing to do would be to check it out with your doctor, a pharmacist, or nurse. Usually if this was necessary it would be included in the patient information leaflet with your injections.
