Unfortunately, I can't tell you very specifically what this might be. It is on balance more likely to be something relatively straightforward, such as a deep muscle strain, or possibly an infection, or some scar tissue formation there. But I would suggest that you ask your GP to examine you, for peace of mind and some advice.
