Hi , thanks for letting me post here , sorry if this is disgusting but I'm a 35 year old mother of three and in my period , I thought I'd gotten a tampon stuck in there but when I've checked everything's okay and positive that I've not , anyway I've found a lump inside if you push down cowards the bum area , there's a hard lump , feels marble like but smaller , is this normal? Sorry for the graphic details
