Unfortunately, we can't diagnose you on this forum.

As you are concerned, do can ask your GP to assess you. They will do a telephone consultation first, and then say whether they want to see you in person as well. Most breast issues are easily explained, and are not due to anything serious. You may have a skin issue or a minor infection for example.
