Female area lumps

I found lumps in my vaginal wall. Found them when I was 12 just started my period. Days after I've finished my monthly I saw a tissue lump size of a small shark egg in the loo.

I got scared told my mum about it. She said it was normal to have small lumps at my age. But now I'm 20 and they grown back hard, painful and limiting on how I walk most days I have to sleep with a pillow laying on my belly helping with the pain.

Since I was 12 to now my monthlys are  heavy, painful, clotting.

But I'm so worried on how it got worse.

Help.

  • Hello and thanks for posting,

Unfortunately, we can't diagnose you, but most issues of this nature, in young women, are easily explained and not anything serious. You may well have blocked hair follicles, or a skin infection. But only a GP can advise you, so if you are worried, then do make an appointment to see your GP when you can.

    Wishing you the best,
