Breast pain

Hi, 

Recently I have been worrying about my pain in my left breast, I have been to the breast clinic twice regarding this pain and had an ultrasound they said they could see nothing wrong and think it could be normal breast pain/ swelling of the milk duct. 
I have no other symptoms other than I have noticed what I think are stretch marks but I'm not sure. How can you tell the difference between stretch marks/ dimpling?

    I've had problems with the milk ducts for many years. They have given me pain and feels like wire behind the nipple and lower part of the breast tissue. Over the years I have had surgery on the ducts as they were dilated and  became infected. 
    I hope you have just had a niggle and that the ducts calm down again if you are still worrying and sore l would see the doctor.
