We can't really comment very specifically about an individual's blood test results, as everyone's situation is different.
The range of 0 to 35 U/mL is considered within the normal guidelines. So this is only a tiny fraction over. Some women have a higher CA125 that is normal for them. Other non cancer gynaecological pelvic conditions, and other non cancer medical conditions can cause slight rises too.
