Testicular Cancer - Pain 8 months on

Hi - I had testicular cancer last August and had a hematoma that needed draining one month after,

The removed testicle is still very painful as the skin is very tender where it was cut.

It isn't constant pain but doesn't feel right.

I asked to see Urology again today as it is quite upsetting and reminds me of what I went through.

Hi Nick and thanks for posting
I am sorry to hear about the surgery you had last year and the pain you are still experiencing.
Usually pain after this type of surgery will go after a couple of months but there are cases when it can go on for longer. You have done the right thing asking to be seen by urology again and hopefully they can assess you as to what the cause may be.
In the meantime do take over the counter pain killers as needed to try and ease the pain.
