Unfortunately, this forum is not meant for people worried about symptoms, as everybody's situation is different. We would always suggest that people consult their GP for further advice and peace of mind. Most things are easily explained and are not anything serious. It is not likely to be cancer in someone aged 21, so try to not over worry about this. It does sound like you have a degree of health anxiety though, as you have posted twice on the forum with different types of symptoms.

Do talk over your anxiety with your GP, and see how they can help you.
