Hi all, 

I guess I'm looking for some positives it's a long drawn out story so I'm sorry for the length of this.

I'm 38 and In November last year I broke one of my teeth that was an old filling an abcess formed on the gum and burst on its own the dentist wouldn't see me due to covid restrictions and I still have the abscess that fills and drains constantly about a week after the abscess burst I noticed my left arm Axillary fat had swollen and my under arm felt irritated and swollen there is no lump that I can feel of but it's defiantly swollen I attended A&E worrying about this who felt it said nothing done blood tests and said they were normal I could go home I honestly thought the tooth Abcess and this were related as I still have the abcess, fast forward 5 months and the swelling is still there some days worse than others and I have now found a hard lump in my left breast visited GP who felt it and referred me to the breast clinic since finding the lump my breast has swollen feels heavy is hot and like full aches under my arm and breast and feel quite unwell it seems within a week all these symptoms have appreared and Googling has sent me up the wall with fear, my mum had hormonal based breast cancer 10 years ago when she was 56 so it is in my family the lymph node swelling is the most concerning as it's been there 6 months now. My appointment at the breast clinic is another week away and I feel like I can't go another week feeling like this googling every minute of the day I have had constant nausea feeling since i visited the gp and hoping this is just from worry.
