I am sorry to hear that you have been having investigations.

I think how people get results varies up and down the country so I think it is difficult to read too much in to it and also how quickly the results were processed.

Try not to think the worst and keep busy until you know more.

Thankyou for your reply just can't help it and with being ill due to infections I think my emotions all over place and the not knowing and given that my dad got given results and 2 moths lost his battle so in my head x

I have had breast ducts removed and the outcome has been fine no cancer found just duct exctasia, dilated ducts. They have been infected and sore . The lower half of the breasts were removed to take as many ducts as possible. I've been much better since the last surgery., when they did a breast reduction .

I only had the ducts from nipple removed and they said lump in duct but not had below breast done I have post op infec and scar oozing and looks weird and slightly open but maybe it just healing my head going places 

My reduction took ages to heal completely especially around the nipples that had been removed and resited, it was a big op and I had antibiotics and leakage from the wounds. Wearing a soft bra in bed helps. 
They checked my ducts for cancer while I was still on the operating table they look at them in the lab, before  they put the sutures in to finish the operation. So having the results quite quickly for this hopefully is ok.
