I am sorry to hear you are worried about your health.

Just to say most symptoms have a simple cause, will clear after a little while and won't be anything as serious as cancer. At your age any cancer is extremely rare so there is likely to be another reason for this lump and the feelings you have in your throat.

I suggest you talk about this with a parent or another trusted adult and see what they say. If needed they can arrange an appointment to speak to a GP so they can assess you about what may be going on.

Try not to worry, there is probably a non serious reason for this and hopefully everything with return to normal soon.
