It can sometimes take a little while for things to settle down after a LLetz procedure - everyone is very different as to when periods start to regulate.

However, as you're also trying to get pregnant, do have a word with the GP if things are still unsettled with your next period. It may be unrelated to the LLetz, so do make an appointment if the irregularity continues.
