Hi everyone 

I've just been really worried and don't know who to talk to so decided to write here 

I've actually been getting blood on the toilet paper in the toilet and even on my underwear sometimes this had been happening for more then a year now but everytime it would get better in a day or two and I'll let it be as I was too embarrassed to get checked 

but a week ago it happened again also everytime it happened was during or before my periods ( gp said it's not something related to ur periods) this time it was worse i did strain ( which usually I don't it just happens really ) and after that it was burning I just couldn't pass stool it was unbearable I was too concerned as I got blood from the back on my pad aswell so I called the gp explained everything and they called me for a check up when she checked inserted a gloved finger with gel she said u don't have piles or cuts she didn't know what I really had so she just told me to have water and improve my diet really 

after I came home I had pain in my lower abdomen and had blood on the toilet paper without going for poop and when I did go for a stool it was burning again but stool was soft so when u finished I had this blood clot I got scared took a pic to show it to them but this is not the first time I had blood clot I've had it before but it was less and I thought maybe it's periods it was during periods 

also idk what to explain to the dr when they ask about weight loss as I haven't checked my weight so idk but I've lost apitite this time I feel light headed abit aswell  

I've called the gp again and I'm waiting for the dr call I want to know what this is as she didn't explain anything just said it's not piles or cut and she said idk why she looked confused aswell but  then what is it ? What should I do ? Should I go walk in or AandE I really don't know 

please help I'm only 24
