While no one here can tell you what is the matter, it is unlikely you have cancer.

I think the best thing to do, if this does not get better in the next couple of weeks, is to make a routine GP appointment and get checked out.

In the meantime try not to touch this area except to perhaps moisturise with a good, non perfumed cream. It might help.
