Lump in the thigh

Hello could anyone help I discovered a lump in my thigh about 4 months ago it was a small solid lump I checked again a few days ago and say to say it's bigger I only know its there when I touch it as it completely under the skin also skin has been very itchy all over very tired all the time weight loss not because im trying and worried about going drs as my doctor has an attitude problem

    There are many reasons for lumps and bumps to appear and most won't be the result of anything serious, so try not to worry too much. 

    Lipomas are much more common. These are a non cancerous (benign) lump that forms due to an overgrowth of fat cells. You can read more about this at this link. 

    We always suggest making an appointment to see your GP to get checked out just to be on the safe side. If possible, you could ask to see another GP in the practice.
