Bowel cancer

Hello my name is Carrie I am 17 years old,

I just wanted some advice on something,

I woke up a couple of nights ago in pain and almost vomited and went to the bathroom and my stools are runnier which was strange. My stools are still runny and I haven't had the same intense pain since. It has happened before in January.

I have no blood in my stools but they are really runny and I'm not sure if it is bowel cancer and I'm really worries.

My bowels are not dark and are brown and yellowish a little but I'm not sure if it is because of ibs.

Sounds more food poisoning? Have your body aches aswel?
Doesn't sound like Bowel cancer.

Go and get yourself checked out with your GP.
Hopefully you will get to find what it is (and what it isnt!)

Hey thank you for the reply I think I have had some kind of food poisoning as now I've came down with a big fever and can't move much

Hello Carrie and thanks for your post,
I am sorry to hear that you have been feeling unwell over the weekend and hopefully you will be feeling better soon.
We are unable to diagnose anyone on the forum but a bowel cancer diagnose is not common at your young age.
I do hope that your symptoms settle down soon and if they don't do make an appointment with your GP so they can advise you.
