I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Symptoms can have straightforward medical explanations. But only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to make an appointment with your GP just to be on the safe side.

It’s more likely you will be offered a telephone appointment initially with your doctor. After the consultation, if they feel they need to see you, they can offer you a face to face appointment. They may consider referring you to the breast clinic for further assessment. This might seem alarming but the majority of women who are referred to the breast clinic do not have breast cancer.
